HCG Diet – How to Anticipate Feeling Hungry during the Diet
During your HCG diet phase, you are likely to experience some side effects. Feeling hungry is one of the most notable side effects for those who are undergoing this hormonal dietary protocol. You may think that it is normal for you to feel hungry considering the amount of calorie you intake daily during your diet.
There are a number of people who feel hungry within the first week after they receive the first dosage of HCG drops. The reason for this feeling of hungry is that during the phase 1 they did not load properly.
In anticipation of this side effect, you should be sure to have sufficient loading during the phase. This side effect appears as people are hesitant to load sufficiently due to fear of invalidating their weight loss attempts. Loading is a process that involves of stuffing yourself with high capacity of high fat foods and sugar. Loading is aimed to create your normal fat storage so that you will not feel hungry during the first week of your HCG diet. Lack of sugar and fat loading will result in hunger. However, it will disappear after a few days.
The loading itself will depend on how much fat you have on your dietary program. You should load for two days or extend it to an entire week before you are completely in attempts to take advantages of HCG drops.
